- 1. Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (15 Bernardyńska St., 20-950 Lublin) acts as the controller of your personal data. The data controller can be contacted by e-mail to: kodo@biuro.perla.pl, by phone to: +48 81 71 01 201 or in writing to the address of the controller’s registered office.
- 2. The controller has appointed a data protection coordinator whom you can contact by e-mail to: kodo@biuro.perla.pl or in writing to the address of the controller’s registered office. The data protection coordinator can be contacted on all matters regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of rights in relation to data processing.
- 3. Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of:
- implementing the agreement for a guided tour of the premises of Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. – the legal basis for such processing is the need to perform the contract of mandate (Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR);
- seeking redress and defending against claims – the legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting of defending its business interests.
- 4. Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A., such as suppliers of IT systems and services, or guides.
- 5. Your personal data shall be processed for the duration of the agreement. The period for which your personal data shall be stored may be extended by the period of the statute of limitations for claims if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the Controller to seek redress or defend against such claims.
- 6. As your data is processed by automated means on the basis of an agreement, you also have the right to the portability of your personal data provided to the Controller, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from the Controller in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format. You may send such data to another controller.
- 7. You have the right of access to your data as well as the right to rectify or erase it and to restrict its processing.
- 8. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your exceptional situation.
- 9. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged infringement was committed. In Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office acts as the supervisory authority in question.
- 10. The provision of data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the performance of the agreement for guided tours of the premises of Perła ‒ Browary Lubelskie S.A. If you choose not to provide the data, this will render the conclusion and performance of the agreement impossible.
