It is not without reason that the Zwierzyniec is called the heart of Roztocze. It is a place full of greenery and the magic of nature of the Roztocze National Park. Near its gates there is one of the oldest active breweries in Poland. Established in 1806, it has been operating to this day as part of the company Perła - Browary Lubelskie S.A.

The Zwierzyniec Brewery is one of the main tourist attractions of the city because in its historic part there is a unique sightseeing route, presenting the rich history of this place and the secrets of brewing Zwierzyniec specialties. In the Pijalnia Piwa Zwierzyniec, locally brewed beers are served, the uniqueness of which stems from the crystal clear water from the Roztocze intake and Lublin hop varieties.
