General Provisions
- 1. This document contains the Visitor Rules for the Perła Brewery Undergrounds.
- 2. The Perła Brewery Undergrounds, located at 15 Bernardyńska St., 20-950 Lublin, is managed by Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A., a joint stock company with its registered office in Lublin.
- 3. Tours of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds are available to:
- Organised groups, subject to prior appointment and reservation,
- Individual visitors, subject to prior reservation:
- on Saturdays between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m. (entry at full hours, last entry at 3:00 p.m.),
- during the summer holiday season, between 1 June and 31 August, additionally on Wednesdays- Fridays at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
- 4. Entering the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin is conditional on holding a valid ticket or voucher for a given day of the tour.
§2
Charges
- 1. Charges are collected for entering the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin.
- 2. To participate in the tour of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin, you need to hold a valid ticket for a given day and hour.
- 3. The price list can be obtained from the Guide, and is available in the Visitor Rules and on the website: www.perla.pl/atrakcje/podziemia-browaru/.
- 4. Making a reservation, purchasing a ticket and participating in the tour are tantamount to acceptance of the Visitor Rules for the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin.
- 5. Payments can be made in cash (in PLN) and by payment card.
- 6. The Perła Brewery Undergrounds offers regular and discount tickets:
- Regular ticket ‒ PLN 30;
- Discount ticket ‒ PLN 15.
- 7. Regular tickets are valid for adults. The regular ticket entitles the holder to participate in a tour and to taste beer.
- 8. Discount tickets are valid for minors aged 6 or more. The discount ticket entitles the holder to participate in a tour.
- 9. Admission is free for children up to the age of 6, as well as for group guides and tour operators (one person), for guardians of minors (one person per 15 minors) and for guardians of people with disabilities (one person per 10 people with disabilities).
- 10. If there are any doubts as to the visitor’s age, the guide may request to produce a document proving the visitor’s age.
- 11. The request for a VAT invoice should be made before purchasing the ticket or upon reservation.
- 12. If a VAT invoice is requested after the ticket has been purchased,
the staff member has the right to refuse to issue the invoice.
§3
Visiting rules for the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin
- 1. Tours of the Underground take place along a strictly defined route, in groups, in attendance of a guide, and they last about an hour.
- 2. Due to the location and size of the Underground, there are limits on the number of visitors on the premises at a given time. Therefore, the possibility of refusing admission to the Underground beyond the permitted limit is reserved, with the maximum permitted limit being:
- 20 people ‒ for individual visitors;
- 25 people ‒ for organised groups.
- 3. Visiting the Underground is subject to prior appointment.
- 4. Reservations can be made by:

- 5. Priority will be given to organised groups and individuals who have booked their tour in advance.
- 6. If the daily limit of visitors has been reached, the Underground guide cannot guarantee entry to groups and individuals who have not booked in advance.
- 7. Due to their character, the interiors of the Underground are not suitable for people with motor disabilities.
- 8. Minors can visit the Perła Brewery Undergrounds only when accompanied by an adult.
- 9. Visitors with minors under their care are responsible for the minors’ behaviour, and for any damage caused by them, including damage to exhibits, equipment or other elements on the premises.
- 10. Visitors can take pictures, shoot videos and touch exhibits in the Underground.
- 11. In the event of introducing the state of epidemic emergency, the safety rules set out in the applicable legislation shall also apply to the Underground.
- 12. Visitors must comply with the Guide’s remarks and instructions at all times.
- 13. Organised groups should arrive at the Underground at least 15 minutes before the booked time of the tour.
- 14. If a visitor group arrives more than 15 minutes after the arranged time, without the prior notification of the delay, the Guide can refuse entry or suggest another date or time if possible.
- 15. The Manager reserves the right to cancel booked tours at any time without stating a reason.
- 16. The Manager reserves the right to close some exhibition rooms, including beer tasting or exhibits, which have been broken down, damaged or destroyed.
- 17. The Manager may cancel the tour if the life or health of people on the Brewery premises is in danger. In such an event, visitors are entitled to a refund on the tickets they have purchased.
- 18. The Manager reserves the right to archive photo or video materials produced during tours of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds, with a view to further using them for publicity and advertising purposes, both in respect of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin and the Manager’s business. This means that the visitors, by taking part in the tour of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds, grant their consent for their image to be recorded and used for purposes laid down in the preceding sentence, without the right to remuneration on the said account.
§4
Safety rules and property protection rules
- 1. In order to ensure the safety and comfort of visiting the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin, the following persons shall not be allowed to enter the Underground:
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants;
- Persons who, due to their behaviour, may pose danger to themselves or to other visitors staying in the Underground;
- Persons disturbing order and violating the generally accepted norms of behaviour in public places.
- 2. The Manager reserves the right to ask the visitor displaying the aforementioned behaviours to leave the Underground. Such a visitor may not demand refund of the ticket price.
- 3. Due to the safety of visitors or for other important reasons, the route of the tour of the Underground may be changed at any time. The tour may also be interrupted or cancelled at any time.
- 4. The following behaviours are forbidden during the tour of the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin:
- Littering the premises;
- Taking out exhibits or any other objects located in the Underground;
- Moving exhibits or any other objects outside the area in which they are displayed; damage equipment;
- Consuming any type of food;
- Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes and taking any stimulants;
- Bringing and drinking alcohol;
- Bringing weapons, ammunition, explosive, flammable, and toxic materials or any other life- or health- threatening items;
- Bringing long umbrellas and large luggage;
- Bringing pets other than guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled.
§5
Personal Data Protection Clause
Information obligation towards visitors:
- 1. Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (15 Bernardyńska St., 20-950 Lublin) acts as the controller of your personal data. The data controller can be contacted by e-mail to: kodo@biuro.perla.pl, by phone to: +48 81 71 01 201 or in writing to the address of the controller’s registered office.
- 2. The controller has appointed a data protection coordinator whom you can contact by e-mail to: kodo@biuro.perla.pl or in writing to the address of the controller’s registered office. The data protection coordinator can be contacted on all matters regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of rights in relation to data processing.
- 3. Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of:
- implementing the agreement for a guided tour of the premises of Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. – the legal basis for such processing is the need to perform the contract of mandate (Article 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR);
- seeking redress and defending against claims – the legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A. (Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting of defending its business interests.
- 4. Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to Perła – Browary Lubelskie S.A., such as suppliers of IT systems and services, or guides.
- 5. Your personal data shall be processed for the duration of the agreement. The period for which your personal data shall be stored may be extended by the period of the statute of limitations for claims if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the Controller to seek redress or defend against such claims.
- 6. As your data is processed by automated means on the basis of an agreement, you also have the right to the portability of your personal data provided to the Controller, i.e., the right to receive your personal data from the Controller in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format. You may send such data to another controller.
- 7. You have the right of access to your data as well as the right to rectify or erase it and to restrict its processing.
- 8. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your exceptional situation.
- 9. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place where the alleged infringement was committed. In Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office acts as the supervisory authority in question.
- 10. The provision of data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the performance of the agreement for guided tours of the premises of Perła ‒ Browary Lubelskie S.A. If you choose not to provide the data, this will render the conclusion and performance of the agreement impossible.
§6
Final provisions
- 1. These Visitor Rules are available in the Perła Brewery Undergrounds in Lublin and on the website: www.perla.pl/atrakcje/podziemia-browaru/.
- 2. The Manager has the right to amend these Visitor Rules, subject to announcing any such amendments on the premises and the website indicated in Par. 1. 1.
- 3. These Visitor Rules take effect on 1 March 2024.
